Phoebe Huang Xian is an Ergonomist and Occupational Hygienist with IEH. Her consulting experience spans industries including oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, retail and hospitality.
Her background combines workplace consulting with scientific training. IEH identifies her as Head of the Ergonomics Team, supporting assessment and practical implementation across office, industrial and organisational contexts.
She holds an MSc from the National University of Singapore and previously worked as a research engineer on ambient air pollution before joining IEH.
